One of the main reasons I created this site was to make myself pause once in a while and take stock all that I've had going on and any general progress, because there's always something! However, I've failed miserably the last few months (maybe more) and not set the time aside to do it. I'll bullet point it now, and then write more on each update across the next week or so. It's been SUCH AN EXCITING TIME for me, and I'm forever grateful for how I approach my life.

  1. On the job front, whilst I'm still looking, I can feel the benefit of the efforts I've made since beginning this process. It's been a pivotal period of my life and could have gone in one of a few ways, but I've made sure to approach it as an opportunity and I know I'll be glad for it down the line. I'm now super confident in my skills and abilities, I know where my value lies, what motivates me and the direction I want my career to grow. I'm clear on the overall job hunting process, what I need to do and what works. I'm currently in a process and every iota of my being is screaming at me 'THIS IS IT!'. Everything until now has been aligning for this exact situation and I can't wait to get started!

  2. Oh LinkedIn, LinkedIn, LinkedIn. I've reached a point that I've comfortable with in my LinkedIn journey. I dabble from time to time, it's all set up and ready to use when I need it and I'm happy that my content represents me well. Integrity is one of my top values and I lead with it in everything I do, meaning that I now know when/what I want to post, when/who I want to connect with and how I want to navigate the platform. Shouting the loudest may draw attention, but I believe that the right opportunities will be attracted to me for more substantial reasons than that.

  3. Pasta By Sabrina is kicking off, and once again, I can recognise how all my effort was well placed and now it can roll easily. I've started to receive bookings, I launched a monthly event series and each event is becoming less demanding on me but achieveing the perfect outcome. I've said it before and I'll say it again... having solid operations in place just makes all the difference!

  4. Habili Club is still amazing! Our community is growing every day and we're exploring more and more promotional avenues. Sometime this year we'll reach a point where we are ready to think about next steps, such as sponsorship or investment, but always remaining as a community project. Maintaining integrity above all else has always been our number one priority and we're proud of it.

  5. My wonderful boyfriend booked us into a perfume masterclass for our anniversary, how great is he?! I've been interested in perfume for many years now, and I love how smells can instantly take us elsewhere, whether it be a memory, a place or mood. I enjoy having a scent of the season, one for winter, one for summer, and also day and night. Following the masterclass, he bought me a starter kit for my birthday so I can create my own! I am yet to begin this perfume adventure but I will document it as I go...

  6. A friend has recently purchased a house and was thinking to hire a professonal stylist to help with the interiors... Yep, you guessed it, I said I'd happily help! Of course, I'm not a professional and nowhere near, but I believe I have good taste and I know enough to pull together a nice home. Also, it seems wild to me that someone would need to pay someone for something that a friend could support on instead. The requirements aren't anything crazy, they just want a nice looking home and have no idea where to begin. We've planned a few phases based on his needs and timelines, and phase one is complete!

  7. I've been awful with my gym routine in the last years. I partly want to blame my dog as I'm a morning gym person and dog walks have taken over my morning routine, but leaning towards excuses just isn't my style so it's just a case of building it into my lifestyle again. I've quit my beautiful gym as the things I loved about it, I just wasn't using as I wasn't going, so it was pointless! And now I've joined the same gym as my boyfriend, and following his schedule is working. I enjoy exercise, and feeling fit and strong is a privilege I always want to have.

  8. A few mini objectives I've set myself over the next month or so is to improve my presentation and typing skills. I'm confident in public speaking to some extent as in I'm not shy, but I'm aware that I'm not very good. I use a lot of filler words, I can become tongue twisted and struggle articulate my points well. It's all in my head but just in a bottle neck, trying to get out! Also, I still type looking at my keyboard and only really using my index fingers.... I'm sure I should be more embarrassed than I am!

  9. Last but never least, I hosted an 'Objective Setting' session for Habili Club, and based it on my Living The Best framework. Every time I visit this topic, I'm more and more convinced that I have something great here! I just need to work out what to do with it. I need something that isn't time/energy consuming, so possibly a digital product. Let's see!

  10. OH! And you simply MUST go to the Therme Spa in Bucharest. It is unreal!!

That's all for now! Look out for more details... coming soon!
